About author : Dr.Anup Palsokar is working as a Professor and Head, Department of Computer Applications at SIES College of Management Studies, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. He is a seasoned academician with over 23 years of academic and administrative experience. Dr.Anup’s area of interest is in the field of perceptual substitution, electronic learning, IT in healthcare and pattern recognition. His research work has been published at the national and the international level and is currently guiding four research scholars for their doctoral research. He has executed sponsored research projects and consultancy assignments. Dr.Anup is a member of the Board of Studies in Master of Computer Applications at the University of Mumbai and is also a member of the Senate of the University of Mumbai. Dr.Gouri Palsokar is working as a Professor at Sterling Institute of Pharmacy, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. She has over two decades of academic & administrative experience and has also worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Her current research concentrates on design and development of novel formulations.Her research work has been published in various journals of national & international repute and she also has patents to her credit. Her research work was awarded at the 72nd IPC held at RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. She has executed two research projects sponsored by the University of Mumbai and also undertakes consultancy assignments for the pharmaceutical industry. Dr.Gouri is a recognized post graduate teacher of the University of Mumbai and is guiding students at M.Pharm Level. She is also a member of the Board of Studies in Cosmetic Technology at Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University, Maharashtra. Dr Nikita Verma is presently working as associate professor in MATS school of Pharmacy , MATS University, Aarang , Raipur C.G.
