About Author
Dr.M.Kishore Babu is working as a Professor & Principal at QIS College of Pharmacy. He obtained his Ph.D-Pharmaceutical sciences from JNTU- Hyderabad. His research interest includes Development of Novel Drug Delivery Systems, (oral, Transdermal etc.) Nano-technology (Ethosomes, Emulsomes, Solid Lipid Nano- Particles, Liposomes, Niosomesetc). He has received grants from AICTE under various streams such as Industry- Institute Partnership Cell, RPS etc. He has guided 76 M.Pharm dissertations and has more than 80 National & International Peer- reviewed Journals with good citations to his credit. He also serves as a reviewer for some International Journals. He is a Life member of APTI, IPA, IPGA & APAS, He acted as Resource person in various seminars & Conferences & Conducted various placements and Founder- Director of The GPAT
Academy.
2 Dr. Shamna M.S. is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Government Medical College, Kottayam,Kerala. Her expertise lies in Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacovigilance, with a strong focus on Medication Safety, Prescription Auditing, and Patient Counselling. She actively contributes to academic research, curriculum development, and professional training. A dedicated educator, she mentors students in Pharmacotherapeutics and Hospital Pharmacy. Dr. Shamna has presented research at national conferences and serves as an executive council member of the Indian Pharmaceutical Association. She strives to advance pharmacy education and promote evidence-based clinical pharmacy services.
3 Mrs. Madhuri Mahesh Desai is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics at Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Krishna Institute of Pharmacy, Malkapur, Karad, Maharashtra, India
– 415539. She has completed her M. Pharmacy and B. Pharmacy from Pune University and has 5.5 years of academic experience. She has attended various national and international conferences and has published review and research articles in reputed journals. She has also published patents. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. at Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Karad.
4 Dr P S Raghu has done his B Pharm and M Pharm from The Tamilnadu Dr MGR Medical University Chennai and Ph D in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the State Govt University namely Tamil University Thanjavur. Dr Raghu has a total experience of 25 years in Teaching, Administration and Research in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences. His areas of research includes the chemistry of natural products and screening of Medicinal Plants for Phytoconstituents of various pharmacological studies both in invitro and invivo. He has widely travelled to St Johns Hopkins University USA, and Kathmandu University, Nepal for the research
paper presentation and as a Guest Speaker in International Pharmaceutical Conferences organised by various agencies.
5 Dr Mohammad Javed Ansari is currently working as an associate professor, in the faculty of pharmacy, Integral University, India. His areas of interests include dosage form design, drug delivery systems with emphasis on micro/nano-
emulsion and self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery systems. He has graduated from College of Pharmacy, Jamia Hamdard. Later, he earned Master in Pharmaceutics and PhD in 2004 and 2008 respectively from Jamia Hamdard.
He has over 80 research publications, and several book chapters.
